I I T Delhi

Our spot is over at 193 Aravali Apartments in Alakananda. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, quite a bit away from the main campus hustle. Even though the name says I I T Delhi, this specific location at 110019 is where a lot of the quiet work happens. It’s an apartment, so it doesn’t look like a big office building from the outside. We like it that way because it’s much calmer than being in the middle of a big institution. There’s a small group of us here. We mostly deal with paperwork, planning, and some technical coordination. The neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a nice part of town, with some trees and a bit of space to breathe. We don't have fancy signs or a reception desk. You just come up to the apartment and find us at our desks. Sometimes we work late into the evening, especially when there’s a big deadline. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to get the work done right. Most of us have been involved with the institute for years in one way or another. Alakananda is a good place to be based because it feels like a real community. We’re just people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of the city, making sure the gears keep turning behind the scenes. It works for us.
