Hrquest Pvt Ltd is over at 307 Skipper Corner, which is right in the middle of the chaos that is Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to 88 Nehru Place, you know how busy it gets with all the tech shops and people running around. Our office is up on the third floor. It’s a pretty standard space with a few rooms for interviews and a main area where we all sit. We’ve got the phone lines 41617775 and 41617776 going almost all day long. It can get a bit frantic when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. The office has that typical Nehru Place feel—functional but definitely not fancy. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and plenty of binders full of candidate details. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking to people on the phone, trying to see who might be a good fit for what. Sometimes the elevator in Skipper Corner takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we'd like. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with the pace of the city. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a hardworking atmosphere, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work is getting done and people are getting hired.
