Hr Executive

Our office is over in Lajpat Nagar IV, right in one of those old double-storey buildings at O-2. If you know Delhi, you know how packed this area gets. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood, which actually suits us fine since there is always something going on outside. The space inside is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, some filing cabinets, and a few computers that have seen better days. Being in the 110024 area means we are close to a lot of things, which helps when people need to drop off documents or come in for a quick chat about a job opening. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing every day. It’s more about just getting the work done and helping folks figure out their employment situations. The building itself has that old Delhi charm, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to them. We spend most of our hours here at Hr Executive looking through resumes and talking to managers. It’s not a big operation, just a handful of us trying to keep things organized in the middle of all the noise. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon. We like being part of the local scene here in Lajpat Nagar. It feels real and grounded, which is how we like to run things for our small business.
