H.R Counsuntancy

H.R Counsuntancy is a small outfit we run here in Delhi, specifically around the 110014 zip code area. We handle a lot of our business through email, which is why you see those addresses like Kusum.Lovely and the Yahoo one mentioned so much. It’s a bit of a personal way to do things, but it works for us. We aren't a big agency with a receptionist and a waiting room. Most of the time, it’s just us going through applications and trying to match people with the right jobs. We work from a simple space. It’s often a bit messy with notes scribbled on pads and different lists pinned to the wall. We don’t really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just try to talk to people like they are people, not just numbers on a spreadsheet. Sometimes we get a bit behind on emails when things get busy, but we eventually catch up. The neighborhood around here is old Delhi style, busy and full of life. We like being part of the local scene. It’s a tough business sometimes because you can't please everyone, but we keep at it. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have seen all sorts of candidates come and go. We just keep our heads down and do the work from our little spot in Delhi. It’s not perfect, but it’s our way of doing things.
