HOME RITZ AND SHINE ESTATE LLP is located way out in Aya Nagar Extension, Phase 6. We are in House No. G 267 on the top floor. Being on the top floor means we get all the heat from the roof, but we also get a bit of a breeze if the wind is blowing right. The stairs are narrow and you have to watch your step on the way up. It’s Khasra number 1493 if you are looking at the land records. Aya Nagar is a busy, dusty place with a lot of construction always going on around us. You can hear the cement mixers and the workers shouting from the street below almost every day. Our office is just a few rooms with basic furniture. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a heavy wooden desk that takes up half the main room. We’ve lived and worked in this part of South Delhi for a while now. The power cuts happen sometimes, so we keep some candles and a flashlight in the drawer. It’s a very local vibe here. Most people around here know each other. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just yells out from the back room if we hear the door open. It’s a practical place to work, even if it’s a bit out of the way for some people.
