Kotla Mubarakpur is one of those places in New Delhi that feels very lived-in. We are located at H 2B 824 in Sukhdev Nagar. It’s right opposite Defence Colony, which is a bit of a different vibe from our side of the road. While Defence Colony is all wide roads and quiet houses, our side in Sukhdev Nagar is more crowded and full of life. Home Concepts is our name, and this is where we do all our work. The lanes around here can be a bit tight, especially if a delivery truck is trying to get through. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a simple building, nothing that would win any design awards, but it serves its purpose. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. The 110003 area is always buzzing with activity from morning until late at night. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near H 2B 824, but that is just part of being in this area. We have our office set up just the way we like it. It’s a bit cramped with all the stuff we have, but it feels right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We are just here, working away in Sukhdev Nagar.
