Holyfamily Hospital

If you’re driving down Okhla Road, you’ve definitely seen Holyfamily Hospital. It’s been sitting there for a long time, and a lot of folks in this part of town rely on it. It’s a large setup, and there is always something happening, whether it’s early morning or late at night. The parking area usually has a lot of rickshaws and cars tucked in. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, but the signs help a bit. The benches in the waiting areas are usually occupied by families waiting for news or appointments. We have many different wards and a big team of people who work shifts to keep the place running twenty-four hours a day. It’s not the quietest place, but hospitals rarely are when they’re this busy. We see a lot of people from the surrounding neighborhoods. Sometimes the lines at the pharmacy or the billing desk get long, but we try to manage. There’s a certain routine to the day here that everyone just knows. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything like that. People just know where we are on Okhla Road and they come when they need to. It’s a practical place, focused on the daily tasks of running a hospital and making sure the patients are looked after as they come through the doors.
