Holyfamily Hospital

You can find us on Okhla Road, right across the street from the Escort Hospital. Our building is easy to spot because of the gates and the people always standing around the entrance. It is a big operation with many different wings for various health issues. We have a lot of beds and a lot of staff running around in blue or white uniforms. The atmosphere is very busy, especially in the emergency area. We have been part of the Okhla community for a long time now. The floors are made of stone and they've seen a lot of traffic over the years. We have a big canteen downstairs because people come from far away and need a meal. There are lines for the pharmacy and lines for the billing counter. It’s just the way it is in a big hospital. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s crowded, it gets a bit chaotic. Our doctors are usually in a hurry, moving from one patient to the next. We have a large parking lot, but it fills up fast in the mornings. It’s a place of work, where we deal with everything from new babies to old age. We just stay open and keep the doors unlocked for whoever needs us. It gets tiring but the work is important to the people here.
