We are based at B 1 47, Flat No 6, in the Rajiv Apartments in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. It's an apartment that we've converted into our workspace for Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd. Malviya Nagar is a really lively part of the city, and being in an apartment complex makes it feel a bit more personal. The 110017 area is easy to navigate once you've been here a few times. Our office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to handle our consulting contracts. We have a small kitchen area for making tea and coffee, which gets used a lot. The rooms are filled with computers and stacks of folders. It's a bit of a maze sometimes with all the paperwork. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; you just come in and find whoever you're looking for. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the problems we're trying to solve for the day. Sometimes the neighbors in the other apartments are doing construction, or you can hear kids playing outside, but that’s just the reality of working in a residential building. It’s a down-to-earth spot where we put in our hours and do our best with the projects we have. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our space and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily consulting grind.
