Hindustan Tin Works Ltd.

Our place is in Dlf Tower-A, over in Jasola Vihar. It’s a big building, easy to find since it’s right near the Apollo Hospital. We spend most of our time dealing with everything that goes into making tin products. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, honestly. There is always someone coming or going in this part of town, so the elevators are always packed. The office is on the 4th floor, suite 426. It’s a standard setup with windows looking out over the district center. You can see the traffic piling up on the main road from up here. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Sometimes the coffee machine in the breakroom breaks, and we have to go all the way downstairs to find something else. That’s just how it goes on a Tuesday morning. People think tin is simple, but there are a lot of details to track and keep in line. We handle the paperwork and the orders from here. The actual making of things happens at the factory elsewhere, but this is where the planning and the phone calls happen. It gets pretty loud in the hallways during lunch time. We usually just eat at our desks if things are busy with a big order. It’s not a glamorous job by any means, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a small team here. We know each other's habits and quirks by now. It’s a decent place to work. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule.
