Hewitt Associates

Our office is at House No 1624B, Gali 53/2, in Block E of the 3rd Molarband area in Delhi. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't from around here. We operate out of a residential-style building, which gives it a very local, neighborhood feel. We do a lot of work related to human resources and benefits, like what you’d expect from a place like Hewitt. It’s mostly about managing data and helping people with their work-related paperwork. The office isn't anything like the big corporate headquarters you might see in Gurgaon or Noida. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and we are right there in the middle of the daily life of Molarband. You can hear the sounds of the street and the neighbors while we work. We have our computers and files set up in a way that works for us, even if it wouldn't make much sense to an outsider. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone comes in the door. We’ve been in this gali for a while and the locals know who we are. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, keeping us close to the ground and away from the pretense of a big office park. We just get on with our work and try to stay organized.
