Our branch of Hdfc Bank is situated at F 610 in Dakchhinpuri, Ambedkarnagar Sector 5, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. The bank is a simple place where we get together every morning to handle the community's money matters. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks, our computers, and the people who come in to see us. Some days we have a lot of people waiting, and we just work through the line as fast as we can. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to wait on the system or some extra paperwork, but we get there in the end. We like being part of the Sector 5 area because we know the people who live and work here. We talk about regular things while we're counting cash or filling out forms. It’s a human way of doing business. We aren't trying to sound like a big polished company. We are just a group of people working at a bank, trying to be helpful to our neighbors. If you need to check your balance or put some money away, we’re the ones sitting at the counter ready to help. It’s basic, honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Dakchhinpuri.
