Sis Inidia Ltd.

Our office is at A 28-29 in Okhla Phase 1. If you have ever been to Okhla, you know it is a maze of industrial buildings and small offices, and we are right in the middle of it. Sis Inidia Ltd. is where we manage a fairly large group of security personnel. It is a busy environment with people coming in for interviews or guards picking up their assignments for the week. The office stays pretty active from early morning until late evening. We have a lot of paperwork because of all the regulations and payroll stuff, so there are stacks of folders everywhere. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The noise from the nearby factories is something we do not even notice anymore. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting issues that pop up at different sites, whether it’s a broken gate or a guard who did not show up. It is a lot of hands-on management. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation even if we have a lot of staff. We just talk to our clients and our employees like regular people. Okhla Phase 1 is a tough place to navigate sometimes with the narrow roads and the trucks, but it is a good central location for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day, without making a big fuss about it.
