Hari Om Engineering

The shop here at Hari Om Engineering is situated in Badarpur, quite close to the textile market. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty active with all the vendors and people moving around. We’ve been set up here for some time now, just dealing with the daily engineering work that comes our way. It’s a practical space, nothing too elaborate, just enough room for the machines and the tools we need to get through the day. Being near the market means there’s always something going on outside our doors. We usually start early to beat the heat and get a head start on the orders. It’s dusty sometimes and loud with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on decorations or office comforts because the work happens out on the floor. Most of the people we deal with are from around here or connected to the trades nearby. We just take things one job at a time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We’ve got the basics covered and we stay busy enough. If you’re walking past the textile market, you aren’t far from where we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing what’s on the bench for the day. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty, which is fine with us because that is the job.
