Hand In Hand Realtech Private Limited

Our place is located in Ghitorni, specifically at KH 475/1 and 475/2. We are right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us without wandering around too much. Ghitorni has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many new buildings go up while we’ve been working here. The office for Hand In Hand Realtech is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of cabinets filled with property papers. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but we don’t mind it. We usually start the day early with some tea and a look at the tasks for the afternoon. Most of what we do involves looking at plots of land or checking out local apartment buildings for people. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us working directly with whoever comes through the door. We prefer the direct approach. If a phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone walks in, we stop what we are doing to listen. That is just how we have always run things here in Ghitorni. We aren't trying to be fancy, just useful to the people who are looking for a bit of ground or a roof over their heads in this part of Delhi.
