Gulati Metal Crafts Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C- 43 in the D.D.A. Flats at Saket. It is an MIG block, so it’s a standard residential complex where we have our office space. Saket is a nice area, very central. We have been here for a long time. Our office is filled with samples of metal work and various designs we’ve done over the years. It is a bit cramped because we have so many files and pieces of metal sitting around. We don't have a fancy storefront. Most of our work happens behind the scenes, talking to suppliers and clients. The D.D.A. Flats are older, but they are sturdy. We know the people living in the other flats. Sometimes we have to move heavy boxes up the stairs, which is a good workout. Gulati Metal Crafts Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant company. We are just a few people who know a lot about metal. The desks are pushed against the walls to make more room in the middle. We have a small kettle for making coffee when we are working late. Saket can be busy, especially near the malls, but our little corner in C- 43 is relatively calm. We don't use any high-tech systems, just simple ledgers and a couple of laptops. It works for us. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit if we turn it on high.
