Our place, Grace Food Processing & Packaging Machinery, is located in Nambardar Estate, right at 85 Taimoor Nagar. It’s quite near New Friends Colony, so it’s easy to find if you’re in this part of the city. We’ve spent years putting together equipment for food businesses. It’s a bit of a niche, but there’s always someone needing a new conveyor or a filling machine. The workshop stays pretty dusty and loud most of the time. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. Instead, you'll see machines in various stages of being built or repaired. Our staff members usually have grease on their hands because they’re actually working on the gear. It's a hands-on environment. We deal with all sorts of food processing needs, and we've seen just about every problem a machine can have. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project when a client is in a rush. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a practical way of doing business that avoids unnecessary confusion. We like being in Taimoor Nagar because it feels connected to the rest of the local industry. Every day is a bit different depending on what order comes through the door next. We just keep building things the way they should be built.
