Our office is tucked away in Pocket B, Flat No 2, right here in Sukhdev Vihar. If you know New Delhi, you know this area can get pretty crowded, but our little corner is actually quite manageable. We have been operating out of this flat for some time. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate building. We have the usual desks, some old chairs that have seen better days, and stacks of papers that never seem to go away. People often miss the turn when they first come to visit us because the sign isn't very big. We spend most of our mornings just catching up on what needs to be filed and who needs to be called back. There is no dress code or anything formal like that. Usually, someone is making tea in the small kitchen area, and the smell of cardamom hangs around for a bit. We are just regular people trying to keep things organized. Sukhdev Vihar is a nice place to be based, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We don't have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. It is just us, doing what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but mostly we head home when the sun starts to set over the city and the traffic begins to peak.
