Goldman Sachs

Out here in New Delhi, we are based at B 32 Sfs in Sheikh Sarai Phase 1. It’s a residential-feeling area, which gives the office a very grounded vibe. We aren’t in one of those massive skyscrapers in Gurgaon or Noida. We prefer it here at Goldman Sachs. The 110017 zip code has been our home for a good while now. The office is inside an SFS flat, so it’s got a kitchen and a small balcony where we can take a breather. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is busy, but it keeps us close. We don’t really go for the whole business speak thing. We just talk to each other like neighbors. Dealing with the Delhi heat and the dust is just part of our daily life. We keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. There’s a lot to do every day, so we don't have time for fancy meetings. We usually order in some food or someone brings something from home to share. It’s a very informal atmosphere, but the work gets done correctly and on time. Finding us is pretty easy if you know Sheikh Sarai; just look for the Phase 1 blocks. We like the local shops and the parks around here. It feels like a real part of the city. We’re just a bunch of folks working hard in a quiet corner of Delhi.
