Golden Prime Estate Private Limited

We are located over at the STC/MMTC Market in Geetanjali. It is a decent little spot, shop number 4, and most people who live around here know the market for their usual shopping. We have been working out of this space for some time, just handling real estate stuff as it comes. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a place to sit down and go through documents or meet people who are looking for a house nearby. Geetanjali is a nice area, and being in the market makes it easy for us to grab lunch or meet folks who are already out doing their shopping. We keep regular hours at Golden Prime Estate, mostly, but sometimes things get busy and we stay a bit late to finish up the filing. It is just a few of us here. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception area. Usually, the door is open if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to see different sites. Being in a local market like this means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels more like a community than just a business district. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work that needs to be done right in front of us. There is always something to do, whether it is checking on a lease or just cleaning up the desk for the next morning. We like the pace of things here.
