Golden Opportunities

Golden Opportunities has its office at 294 12 in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. Being in South Delhi, we are surrounded by a lot of activity. Our space is located in a typical Delhi building where everyone knows everyone else. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in looking for information or help with their own projects. It’s a very people-oriented place. We have a lot of chairs and a big table where we sit and go through applications or paperwork. It can get quite hectic in the afternoons when the phone starts ringing non-stop. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished lobby. It’s just a place with a few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, the desks get covered in notes and tea cups. The staff here is friendly and we usually just treat everyone who comes in like a neighbor. We’ve been in East of Kailash for quite a while now, so we are used to the pace of life here. It’s a mix of residential and small businesses, which we like. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to help the people who reach out to us. There is nothing corporate about how we run things. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see the fruit sellers passing by in the morning. It keeps the day feeling normal.
