Our spot is in Azad Apartments, specifically B2 13. It’s right on Aurobindo Marg in the Hauz Khas area of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Hauz Khas, you know it’s a mix of everything. We have Goa Consulting Pvt Ltd running out of this apartment. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and computers, but it works for what we do. The traffic on Aurobindo Marg is almost always backed up, so we hear the horns honking throughout the day. It’s just the soundtrack of the city. We aren’t some big consulting firm with a glass lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us in the apartment, drinking tea and working through the tasks on our list. The neighbors are a mix of families and other small offices, so it feels very lived-in. We like being in this part of Delhi because you can find good food just by walking down the street. The building itself is one of those older Delhi complexes where everyone knows the guards. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing up reports. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the landlord is decent. It’s a practical place to have a business without all the unnecessary polish or expensive decorations. We just get on with it.
