Our office is at A 12 in Lajpat Nagar Iii. This part of New Delhi is always moving. If you’ve ever been to the market nearby, you know how hectic it can get. We are a bit away from the main chaos, but you can still hear the traffic and the people. Gnome Business Solutions is run from a pretty standard building here. We don’t have anything flashy. It is just a space with desks, some chairs, and probably too many cables running along the floor. The lighting is okay, but we mostly rely on the windows during the day. Lajpat Nagar is a place where businesses and houses are all mixed up. You see neighbors drying clothes on balconies right next to office signs. It’s a very real environment. We get our work done without much fuss. We aren't the type to have meetings in big boardrooms. Usually, we just talk across the desks. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the Ring Road traffic, but we manage. Most of us have been around here for a while, so we know the local spots for lunch. It’s just a practical place to be. We aren't doing anything fancy with the interior design. It’s just a functional office where we show up and do what’s on the list for the day. That’s how we’ve always operated at A 12.
