Global Energy Talent India Pvt. Ltd. is located on the ground floor of H-14/11 in Malviya Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it can get pretty crowded, but we’ve been here for a while. We have two main phone numbers, 9971583888 and 9871034777, and someone is usually around to pick up if you call. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Since we’re on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to drop in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Working in the energy talent sector means we talk to a lot of people every day. It’s not always easy, but we’ve got a routine that works. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maybe a few old posters. Malviya Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central and everyone knows how to get here. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant multinational corporation. We’re just a group of people working out of a ground floor office in 110017. Most days are just about managing the talent side of things and keeping the paperwork in order. If the main mobile doesn't work, we usually have the alternate one ready. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy.
