Our office is tucked away in Nehru Nagar, at number 4 52. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner feels a bit more manageable once you get used to it. We aren't in one of those high-rise buildings; it's more of a traditional street setting. The morning starts with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. You can hear the bikes and the occasional hawker outside. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and Global Consultant has just become part of the daily scenery here. The office isn't overly decorated. It’s got a few tables, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of computers that stay on for too long. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Getting here isn't too bad if you know the shortcuts through the colony. Most people who visit us end up calling from the corner because the house numbers can be confusing. We usually tell them to look for the big tree near the gate. It's a very normal, everyday kind of place to work. There’s no fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Just us, sitting at our desks, trying to stay cool during the Delhi summer and getting through the pile of work we have on our plates.
