We are career consultants, so we talk to a lot of students and people looking for jobs. The office is always full of papers and resumes. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many people coming in to ask for advice. We don't have a fancy waiting room; people just sit where they can find a chair. We try to help as many people as we can. It’s a lot of listening to what people want and trying to figure out where they might fit. We’ve been in Jamia Nagar for quite some time, so we know the local area very well. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't use any special software or anything; we just use our experience and our contacts. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear about their job prospects.
