Genpact

Our office on the ground floor at 6A 1 in Adhchini is right along Sri Aurobindo Marg, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking for it. Being on a main road like that means it’s never really quiet, but we’ve grown to appreciate the constant hum of the traffic outside. It makes us feel like we are part of the city’s movement. The space inside is fairly simple, with tiled floors and white walls that we’ve pinned a few calendars and notes to. We’ve been here at Genpact for a while now, and the team is like a small family. We know who likes their coffee black and who takes three sugars in their tea. The work we do isn't always glamorous, but it’s important and we take it seriously enough to make sure no mistakes are made. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup till things get sorted. There are some good food stalls just a short walk away, which is great for lunch when we don’t feel like eating at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We aren't interested in corporate jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. We just open up in the morning, do what needs doing, and close up when the day is finished. It’s a good spot for us and we plan to stay for a long time.
