Genpact

You’ll find us on the second floor of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji. The address is J 3 336, and it’s a typical New Delhi residential area that’s turned into a bit of a work hub over the years. Genpact is what we go by, but here in the flats, it feels more like being part of a community. Climbing up to the second floor every morning keeps us moving, I guess. The space belongs to Shoumen Saha, and we’ve really made it our own over time. It gets a bit tight when everyone is in at once, but we make it work somehow. We have a view of the street from the window, which is nice for a bit of people-watching during our breaks. The building itself is older, like most DDA spots, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. There are no fancy lobbies or security guards in suits here. It’s just a door and some desks. Most days involve a lot of typing and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just take a breather and chat until it comes back on. That’s just life in Kalkaji, really. We’ve got a good routine going. Our neighbors know us by now. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. We prefer it being a bit more relaxed like this without all the corporate pressure.
