Genpact

Our spot is at 90 1A in Malviya Nagar. If you’ve spent any time in New Delhi, you know this part of town is always on the go. Genpact is set up right here, and it’s a decent enough place to spend the day. The street can be a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We’re tucked away just enough that it stays fairly quiet once you’re actually inside the building. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just fine for what we need. We have a few rooms where we handle all the daily work. It’s mostly just spreadsheets and screens, the kind of things that keep a business moving along. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. The paint on the walls is a little old in the corners, and the snacks in the drawer are usually just plain biscuits. People around here are friendly, and we see the same faces every morning at the tea stall nearby. It makes the workday feel a bit more normal and less like a chore. We’ve been at this address for a while and haven't felt the need to move. It works for us. New Delhi has a lot of energy, and we just try to keep up with it in our own quiet way. Nothing too complicated. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home to our families.
