Genpact Limited

Our spot is located at J 197 on the ground floor in Saket. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, and we’ve been settled here for some time. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to mess around with elevators or stairs. We do a lot of administrative work and help out with various business processes. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and making sure the numbers and files are where they need to be. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work somehow. Saket is a nice neighborhood, and there are some good places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s functional. There’s a lot of typing and phone calls throughout the day. We have a small team here, and most of us have been around for a few years now. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just the address on the door. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We like the routine and the people we work with every day.
