You can find us at D3 81 in Sangam Vihar. This part of New Delhi is always crowded and full of energy. We are Genpact India, and this is where we operate from. It’s a typical building in a busy lane, nothing like those tall towers you see in Gurgaon. We chose to be here because it’s where real life happens. The address might seem a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you get to Sangam Vihar, you just ask for the block. Our day starts early, and we usually work until the evening light fades. The office itself is functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of chai. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just take it in stride. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a list of things to do and we check them off one by one. It’s a practical place for practical people. Being in 110062 means we are right in the heart of a hardworking community, and that suits us just fine.
