Genpact India

We’ve been working out of this spot in the DDA flats in Kalkaji for a while now. It’s on the second floor of the J-1 block, number 27. Kalkaji is a busy part of New Delhi, and being here feels right because there’s always something happening just outside. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when you’re carrying bags, but you get used to it. The neighborhood has everything we need, from the small tea stalls nearby to the bigger markets. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s not always quiet, especially during the middle of the day when people are moving around the flats, but that’s just life in Delhi. We don’t have a big corporate speech to give. It’s just Genpact India operating from this local corner. We know our neighbors, and they know us. Most days are just about showing up, sitting at the desks, and making sure everything is moving along like it should. We like the area because it’s central and easy enough for people to find once they know which gate to come through. It’s a practical setup for us, and it works.
