We’ve been here at 19876 Lajpat Nagar IV for a good number of years now. Nirman Puri is a busy spot, and most days start with the sound of the morning traffic and neighbors heading out. I’m Gautam Sabharwal, and this place is where the work happens. It’s not a fancy glass office, just a regular space where things get done. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We know the chai wallah down the street and the guy at the corner shop by name. That’s just how it is around here in this part of Delhi. People stop by, sometimes for work and sometimes just to say hello if they’re passing through the colony. The office inside is a bit cluttered with papers and files that have piled up over the months. I keep saying I’ll organize the back shelf but there never seems to be enough time between the daily tasks. It’s a lived-in space, you know? It feels like home because I spend more time here than anywhere else. We deal with whatever comes our way, one day at a time. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark near the park. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated or over the top. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone.
