This is Garg Bartan Bhandar, and you can find us at Tughlakabad Extension on Jagdamba Road, RZ-148A. We’ve been selling kitchen stuff for quite a while now. If you walk into our shop, you’ll see stacks of stainless steel plates and big cooking pots everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze in here because we try to keep a lot of variety for the local families. People usually come in when they are setting up a new house or when a daughter is getting married and they need to buy a whole set of utensils. Jagdamba Road is a busy spot and we are right there in the middle of the noise. We have all the basic stuff like spoons, tiffins, and pressure cookers. Sometimes people bring in their old cookers because the whistle stopped working and we try to fix those too. It’s a family-run place, so there’s usually one of us sitting near the entrance. We don't do any big sales pitches or anything like that. People just come in, look at the weight of the steel, and decide if they want it. The shop can get pretty hot in the summer with all that metal around, but we stay open until late evening. It’s a steady kind of life at RZ-148A. We just keep our stock clean and help people find the right size pot for their kitchen. It’s nothing fancy, just good solid metal for daily use.
