GAJGAMINI ESTATES LLP

Gajgamini Estates LLP is tucked away in the rear portion of C 500 in Defence Colony. Being on the ground floor helps because we don't have to climb stairs all day. Defence Colony is a nice spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been operating out of this back section for a bit now. It’s a bit quieter than the front of the building, which we like. We handle estate matters for the local area and beyond. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of the fan and someone typing away. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. It’s an honest living. We keep our files stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a chair for a visitor. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just use what we have. People in the neighborhood stop by occasionally to chat or ask about a plot of land. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The rear portion stays cool in the summer, which is a blessing. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing real estate work in Delhi. We spend a lot of our afternoon sorting through old documents and updating our ledgers. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
