Our setup for Futech Consultants Pvt Ltd is a bit more personal than your average office building. We are based out of D 258 in the Abul Fazal Enclave, which is a part of the Okhla neighborhood in New Delhi. The address is care of Irshad Ahmad and Ahmad Saeed, and it has a very residential, local feel to it. Working from a place like this in Abul Fazal Enclave means we are right in the heart of the community, away from the sterile high-rises. The space is used for all our consultancy tasks, and while it might look like a regular house from the outside, inside it’s all business. We have our computers set up and bookshelves filled with technical guides and records. It’s a comfortable environment where we don’t have to worry about the formalities of a big corporate park. The streets around here can be quite narrow and busy with local traffic, so there is always a bit of noise filtering in, which we don’t mind. It feels like a real, honest place to earn a living. We spend our days mostly coordinating with different people and handling the paperwork that comes our way. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way because it allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary distractions. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors all know who we are and what we do.
