Furnace Fabrica India Limited is located at No. 97 Kailash Hills, down on the lower ground level. It’s a slightly unusual spot for a business like ours, but it works for what we need. Since we are on the lower ground, it stays a bit cooler than the upper floors, which is nice during the Delhi summers. The office is usually filled with blueprints and technical drawings spread out over whatever flat surface we can find. We deal with some pretty heavy-duty stuff, even if the office itself feels a bit quiet. There isn't much to see from the outside, just a regular door in the Kailash Hills area. Inside, it's a different story with all the planning that goes into our fabrication projects. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well enough. It’s not a flashy place with glass walls or modern furniture. We have old desks and shelves that are sagging under the weight of files. We focus on the engineering and the details of the furnaces we work with. It's a lot of technical talk and checking numbers over tea. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is always on the job at hand and making sure the designs are right before anything goes to the site. It’s just us doing the technical work we know how to do in a quiet corner of the city.
