Freshar

Katwaria Sarai is where we set up. People know us at A 162. It's a small place. The streets are always full of students and folks walking to the market. We've been here for a while now. The building isn't fancy, just a regular Delhi structure with some peeling paint on the corners. You can hear the traffic from the main road if you listen close enough. We open up early, usually before the tea stall next door gets busy. There is a specific way the sun hits the front door in the afternoon. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is around here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few minutes and we just sit there waiting. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name Freshar. People usually find us by asking around at the corner shop. It's nothing special to look at from the outside. We have some old chairs inside that have seen better days. The floor is easy to clean though. We just do our thing every day and try to keep things moving. There isn't much more to say about the place. It's just home for us during the work hours. We see the same faces every morning. Most people are just trying to get through their day. We are just part of the local scenery now.
