Our office is over in Okhla Phase-I in New Delhi, specifically at F-89/1 1 on the first floor. Okhla is a real hub for all kinds of businesses, and we’ve been part of it for quite a while now. At Franchise India Holdings, the office is usually buzzing with people talking about new business ideas or looking over contracts. It’s a big space but it’s usually pretty full of desks and people. We don't have a lot of fancy art on the walls or anything like that; we just have maps and charts that help us keep track of things. The first floor is a busy spot, and you can hear the sounds of the industrial area outside all day. It’s a grounded place to work. We have a lot of files and books everywhere because there is always something new to learn about the market. The staff here comes from all over Delhi, so there’s always a mix of lunch smells in the breakroom. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate look. We just want a place where we can get through our daily tasks and help people figure out their business plans. It gets pretty warm in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. It’s just a regular, hard-working office where we put in the hours and try to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phones making sure everything is moving along correctly.
