Flexi Tours

Our office is in Taneja House over in Lajpat Nagar Part 2. We are on the first floor at I-84. It’s an older building, and you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. Lajpat Nagar is a very busy area, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting from the street below. We handle tours and travel arrangements, which means we spend most of our day on the phones or looking at flight schedules on our computers. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of maps and travel brochures pinned to the walls. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. We just help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a trip doesn't go as planned, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get a good cup of tea in the afternoon. It’s a steady job. We don’t have a big marketing department or a polished showroom. It’s just us in a room with our files, trying to make sure people have their tickets and hotel bookings sorted out properly. It is a lot of back and forth, but we manage to stay on top of things.
