Fiex Foods Pvt. Ltd. is based out of A-263 in Defence Colony, specifically on the second floor. It’s a decent area, and we like being tucked away upstairs where it’s a little quieter than the street level. We deal with food products, which means there’s always something to check on or a shipment to coordinate. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a workspace with some desks, a few computers, and a lot of samples lying around. We spend our hours talking to suppliers and making sure the quality is what it should be. Since we are in Defence Colony, it’s easy for people to reach us, but we don't get a lot of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a bit. There’s no corporate ladder here or fancy titles that don't mean anything. We just do what needs doing to keep the business running. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor feel a bit long after a busy day, but the location is worth it. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls about success. We just focus on the food and the orders. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve stayed at A-263 because it works for us and the space is just right for our daily operations.
