Fashion Factory

Fashion Factory is located at B-292, Okhla Indl. Area, Phase-I. Okhla is a busy place, and our block is no different. You’ll hear a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but inside our doors, we just focus on what’s on the tables. We make clothes. It’s a lot of cutting, stitching, and checking for loose threads. The space is filled with racks and sewing machines. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the industrial area. It’s not a glamorous job. Your back gets tired and your eyes get heavy after a long shift, but we have a good group of people here. We share jokes and help each other out when things get backed up. We don’t have a big fancy office with carpets. It’s concrete floors and metal chairs. We prefer it that way because it’s easy to clean and we don’t have to worry about making a mess. When someone asks what we do, we just say we make garments. We don't use big words to describe it. The address is easy to find if you know Okhla Phase-I, but the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the rush. It’s just how things go around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to keep the machines running and the staff busy. There's always a smell of fresh steam from the irons.
