Faraz Hospital

Our hospital is located at F 167/2 on High Tension Road in Shaheen Bagh. If you know where the Woodland showroom is, we are right near there. Being on High Tension Road means there’s always a lot of movement outside. It’s a pretty big building compared to the shops around it. We deal with a lot of different cases every day, which keeps the staff on their toes. Jamia Nagar is a crowded area, so the hospital can get quite packed, especially in the mornings. We have different floors for different things, but the stairs can be a bit steep. There is an elevator, but it’s sometimes slow when many people are using it at once. The lobby area has several rows of seating, and we usually have a small TV running to keep people occupied. It’s not a quiet place by any means. You can hear the traffic from Shaheen Bagh all day long. We have a lot of nurses and doctors running around in their scrubs. The paperwork is constant, and the reception desk is usually buried under folders and forms. We try to keep the water cooler filled because it gets really hot in this part of Delhi. It’s a busy, functional hospital that fits into the life of the Jamia Nagar neighborhood. We just focus on getting through the daily list of patients and keeping things tidy enough to work.
