We have been here at Madhuban Building in Nehru Place for quite a while now. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the offices and people running around. Our office is in rooms 208 and 209. We mostly spend our days looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who want to go on holiday or maybe just need to visit family somewhere far away. Being IATA approved means we have to keep up with a lot of rules, which takes up a fair bit of time with paperwork. It is not always exciting, but seeing someone get their tickets and look happy about their trip makes the long hours worth it. We deal with tours too, trying to organize things so people don’t have to worry about the small details themselves. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the coffee gets cold on the desk before we can even take a sip. We are just a small team here, trying to keep things organized in the middle of all the Nehru Place chaos. It’s a lot of staring at computer screens and talking to airlines, but it’s what we do every day. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything, just a practical space where we get the work done.
