Fancy Fashions

Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate is always full of trucks and noise. We are over at B-1/F-3, right on Mathura Road. It's a big industrial area, so it gets dusty. Fancy Fashions has been in this spot for a good bit now. We spend our mornings checking the arrivals and making sure the machines are running okay. It’s loud inside sometimes, especially when everyone is talking at once. The office part is just a small corner with some old desks. We don't really do much decorating. Most of the space is for the stock. We see the same faces every day, mostly people from the other units around here. Traffic on Mathura Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to finish up before the rush, but it doesn’t always happen. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch. The floor is concrete and gets cold in the winter. We just wear extra sweaters and keep going. It’s a basic setup. We make clothes, pack them into brown boxes, and load them onto the tempos. There’s no big sign or anything flashy. Just the address and a bunch of people working. We've got a small fridge that barely works, but it keeps the water cold enough. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in the estate.
