Express Eight Party

Our shop is at A-12 in the Manushi Sangathan Sewa Nagar Market, which is right over in Kotla Mubarakpur. If you’re coming this way, we are quite close to the railway crossing, so you might get stuck for a few minutes if a train is passing. The market is always crowded and a bit dusty, but it’s a good place to be. We have a small storefront where we keep all the party supplies like balloons, candles, and different decorations. It’s a tight squeeze inside the shop because we try to keep a lot of variety on the shelves. Most days it’s just one or two of us behind the counter, helping people pick out what they need for a birthday or a small celebration. It gets really busy on weekends when everyone is planning their parties. We don’t really do any big marketing; people just see the shop when they’re walking through the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep the door open for light. It’s a very local feel here, and we know many of the other shopkeepers around us. We spend a lot of time inflating balloons and packing up sets of decorations for customers. It’s simple, steady work, and we’ve been doing it in this same spot for a long time. There's no fancy setup, just shelves and a counter and plenty of stuff for parties.
