Experts Property

Our little spot is located at Jasola Vihar Saheen Bagh F-11/A. Experts Property is basically just a few of us trying to help people find a place to live or work. It’s a busy neighborhood, and things move quickly around here. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just an office with some chairs and a desk that’s usually covered in notes. We spend our time checking out apartments and talking to landlords who can be quite difficult sometimes. It’s a lot of walking through the narrow streets of Saheen Bagh and showing people rooms that might be a bit smaller than they hoped. We try to be straight with people about what they’re getting. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. If a place has a damp wall or a noisy neighbor, we’ll probably mention it. We’ve been here long enough to know which blocks are better than others. It’s not an easy job, especially when the traffic is bad or the summer heat is unbearable, but we keep at it anyway. We’re just regular people working in real estate. We don’t have any grand plans; we just want to get through the day’s listings and make sure the paperwork is mostly correct. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we know. Often we are still here late at night, trying to finish up the files for the next morning.
