Execuitve Search

We are based in the DDA Flats in Madangir, specifically at 12/301. It’s a residential neighborhood in New Delhi, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it. Execuitve Search is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of recruiting and looking for people for different roles. Because we are in a flat, it’s not like a big glass office building. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the paperwork we have to keep. We have to be careful not to trip over the cables on the floor. The neighborhood is lively. You can hear kids playing outside or people calling out to each other. It’s a very real part of Delhi. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people find us because they know where to look. We spend our days talking to candidates and trying to match them with what they need. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking resumes. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't fancy and we don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s basic, honest work. Being in Madangir keeps us grounded and we like the local vibe of the DDA flats. It's just a normal group of people doing their daily jobs.
