Estucore Limited Liability Partnership

Our place is on the mezzanine floor of U-21 in Green Park Extension. It’s a bit of a funny space, being a mezzanine, but it’s where Estucore Limited Liability Partnership gets things done. Green Park is a nice area of South Delhi, quite central and easy to get to. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we like the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks squeezed in and some shelves for all our folders. Because it’s a mezzanine, the ceiling is a little low in places, so you have to watch your head if you're tall. We do a lot of coordination and planning work from here. It’s mostly quiet, though you can hear the street noise from Green Park if the window is open. We aren’t some big corporate entity with a HR department. It’s just us. We drink our coffee, look at our screens, and talk through whatever tasks are on the list for the day. Sometimes we go downstairs to one of the local shops for a break. We handle a lot of the boring but necessary stuff that businesses need to keep running. We don't make big promises; we just try to be reliable. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve made the space our own with a few plants and some old calendars on the wall to keep track of time.
