Our location is on the top floor of K-16-B in Kalkaji, shared with K. K Chopra’s place. It’s a New Delhi 110019 address that we’ve been using for Essnee Management Consultant Private for a while. Usually, Tanwi Sinha is around here making sure everything runs the way it should. The office is right at the top, so there are a lot of stairs to walk up, but it’s a decent enough space once you get inside. No big signs are posted outside or anything like that. It’s a very low-key operation we have going. Most of our days are filled with looking at how different businesses are run to see where they might be having some trouble. It involves a lot of reading and taking notes. We don't use much corporate jargon in this office. Looking at the facts and trying to find a better way to do things is what we do. The top floor gets quite warm during the summer months but we keep the fans going. It is a quiet place to work, which helps because focusing is a big part of the job. People come to see us when they need a second pair of eyes on their business plans or how they manage their staff. We’ve been in the Kalkaji area for a good while and it feels like home now. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular Delhi office where we put in the hours every day.
